Return Policy

At Dwell and Good we want you to be happy with your purchase! We also want to keep our prices as low as possible.

To help us do both, please make sure you read and understand our return policy.

If you want to return an item, please follow these simple guidelines:

• Start the process within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days, a 25% restocking fee will be charged and deducted from any refund. No returns accepted after 30 days.

• A Return Authorization number is required for all returns

• To start a return, email us at customerservice@dwellandgood.com or give us a call at 833.638.2640

• Return shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back in good condition at their expense (unless the product arrives damaged, defective or we made a mistake). In these instances a replacement product will be shipped to you once the original item has been returned at our cost.

Please note that certain items may not be returned, they include:

• Personalized items (custom name, sizes or colors)

• Custom items (custom designs, sizes or colors)

• Clearance items

• Gift cards

• Items marked “Non-Returnable”

Note: Any associated restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount. We can not refund any original shipping charges.
